Introducing the traditional Thai summer dish ‘Khao Chae’, a recipe crafted by Chef Ian Kittichai. This unique recipe features premium ingredients sourced from different regions of Thailand, including Jasmine rice from Surin, Chu-tin scented candles, Marian Plum from Nakhon Nayok, coconut sugar from Pleanyondtar Community Enterprise in Samutsongkram, shrimp paste from Pattalung, and salted egg from Surat Thani. These ingredients are carefully hand-picked to ensure a delightful and aromatic dish, providing an impressive Thai summer dining experience for all diners at Khum Hom.
The Khao Chae set menu includes four parts: par-boiled rice, jasmine-scented water, ice cubes, and traditional side dishes. Additionally, a summer dessert of sweet yellow Marian plum and kaffir lime in scented light syrup is served to help you cool down.
