Overlooking lush gardens, Khum Hom uses the freshest locally sourced ingredients to bring a modern twist to classic recipes from the four regions of Thailand: North, Northeast, Central, and South.
Our new selection includes Khao Soi Lobster – Northern style curry with lobster, egg noodle and condiments, SeeKrong Kae Pad Bai Yeerah– Seared New Zealand grass-fed lamb rack with three basil sauce and fried herbs, and Inthannin Piak Poon – Pandanus pudding with coconut cream
and coconut ice cream.
