This October, Khum Hom invites you to a truly exceptional dining experience featuring a collaboration between two culinary maestros, Chef Nicolas Isnard and Chef Ian Kittichai. This exclusive dinner showcases the rich culinary traditions of Thailand, brought to life by both chefs, with premium ingredients sourced from the country’s four distinct regions.
Chef Isnard, one-Michelin star guest chef from the restaurant, L’ Auberge de la Charme’ in Prenois, France, joins forces with Khum Hom’s Chef Kittichai, one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs, for an unforgettable evening. You can look forward to the delightful dishes and the exquisite ingredients include southern Phuket lobster, Doi Tung macadamia from the north, the Isan region’s Korat Wagyu, and central Thailand’s Saraburi venison .
